LOCKnGO was founded on the belief that thriving communities and workplaces require accessible, sustainable transportation options. To encourage active, healthy, and environmentally friendly commuting, we need to eliminate the barriers to using personal transportation like bikes, e-bikes, and scooters.
Bike theft is one of the most significant barriers to cycling—and one of the quickest to solve. We set out to build a thief-proof bike locking system that doesn’t require a lot of space or installation costs, is scalable for any location, and provides decision-makers with usage data to better plan transportation routes and infrastructure.
And by gosh, we did it!

Rob Adamovsky
CEO, Co-Founder
With 20+ years of experience across industries like web, finance, consumer electronics, and apparel, Rob has driven innovation at RBC, TD, Best Buy, and Kit and Ace.
As a multi-time entrepreneur and business development specialist, he founded North Coast Ventures to partner with passionate Founders, accelerating their startups’ growth through business development and fundraising—closing millions in capital and sales. Rob invests in people and the realization of their dreams so that, in turn, those people can do the same for others.
Rob is an MBA graduate from UBC’s Sauder School of Business in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
He is dedicated to creating greener, healthier cities.
Sy Haw Wong
Co-Founder, Operations
A Certified Supply Chain Professional, Sy Haw has spent over a decade managing logistics and operations for major firms, including Electronic Arts, Fortinet Technology, Kit and Ace, Dufry Group, and RYU Apparel. He co-founded Chowza Pet Food with Rob Adamovsky and is currently the General Manager of Logistics and Inventory at GreenPlanet Wholesale.
Sy Haw has a strong background in strategic global operations and provides technological support, solutions, and programs that meet the needs of companies, vendors, and customers. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pacific and Asian Studies.

Head of Sales & Marketing
Kandace is a versatile marketing and sales strategist with expertise in real estate and client engagement.
With over a decade of experience spanning commercial and residential sectors, she has excelled in relationship building, strategic planning, and delivering impactful marketing solutions across industries.
Felix Chan
Head of Software Development
Felix is an experienced CTO, CIO, and solution architect with a diverse background in FinTech, Legal Tech, Health Tech, and financial services. He has delivered software for both startups and large enterprises.
Felix is the developer behind the LOCKnGO app.
Nadeem Jamal
Head of Electronics
Nadeem brings 20 years of experience in IoT and embedded software development.
He successfully sold an electronics development firm and created an IoT platform for a car-share service in Myanmar, managing a fleet of 4,000 vehicles.
XingHao Li
Mechatronics Engineer
Xinghao co-founded and runs a thriving robotics school with 70 students.
He also developed the hardware for the LOCKnGo smart lock.
