LOCKnGO Privacy Policy

LOCKnGO is operated by Green Spirit Technologies Inc. ("we", "us"), North Vancouver, BC, Canada. This policy explains what information the LOCKnGO app collects, why, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, collected when you create an account. Used to operate your account and parking sessions.
• Location — your device's precise location, used only while you use the app to show nearby bike racks on the map and help you return to your parked bike. We do not track your location in the background.
• Parking session data — which rack you parked at, when your session started and ended. This is the core service record and is also used for billing where applicable.
• Usage and diagnostic data — app interactions, error and crash logs, and Bluetooth connection diagnostics, used to keep the service reliable and fix problems.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• We do not collect your contacts, photos, messages, or browsing history.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that operate the service on our behalf (such as cloud hosting and, where payments apply, our payment processor), and where required by law. These providers may only use the data to provide their service to us.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Communication between your phone and our smart locks uses encrypted Bluetooth commands.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and session records while your account is active. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below; we will action deletion requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.

Children

LOCKnGO is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
